Mobile first design
You have probably heard this term a thousand times. What it comes from? Historically web designers started their work from the biggest screen down to the smallest, from the “main” desktop design, more diversified and rich. As time changed and the amount of users, scrolling down the web from mobile phones increased in times, almost all clients want their mobile site versions to be as good, as rich as the full ones. And it caused many problems for designers. They have to plan the structure of mobile version in advance, basing on the the conditions of placing all the needed amount of content on mobile screens. Hence many of designers find it easier to create the mobile first design.
If you haven’t made your website mobile-friendly, you should.
